Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 28 of 2019 for the offence Sections 188, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 18 liters of Nepali Soufi Wine was seized from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.3.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30914 of 2019(2) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of IInd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi,, in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 28 of 2019.
