Case of the petitioner is that he sought correction of electricity bills. For this purpose, he approached the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Vidyut Bhawan, Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, Patna. However, the said Forum refused to give him hearing despite repeated visits to its office.

In case, needful is not done, the Managing Director of the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited shall be at liberty to take punitive action against the officials guilty for inordinate delay.
