JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.11.2022, passed in CWJC No.15872 of 2021, the District Magistrate, Begusarai has already passed a reasoned and a speaking order dated 11.07.2023, whereby and whereunder the application of the petitioner has been rejected.

2. In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present petition while granting liberty to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order dated 11.07.2023, if so advised.
