2. Petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offence under Section 366(A) of the Penal Code. He is said to have eloped with the daughter of the informant, who is underage and married her but from her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. it appears that marriage was voluntary without application of any force. In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, who is in jail custody with effect from 14.08.2014, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Laheri P.S. Case No. 134/2013.
