The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 2738 of 2018 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 427, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In fact, they were not involved in the case. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the disclosure made by Abhishek Kumar who was apprehended at the spot. The petitioner and others are alleged to have given first and slap blow on the informant.

No.71169 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 Considering the fact fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and his name surfaced on the disclosure made by co-accused Abhishek Kumar, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 4th , Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 2738 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
