JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner on 24.11.2020 (Annexure 1), this Court granted liberty to the petitioner to renew the prayer for bail after six months. In this case, petitioner has remained in custody for about 2 years. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Kiul, Lakhisarai in GRP Kiul Sheikhpura Police Station Case No. 04/2020.
