2. The petitioner has prayed for the grant of the following reliefs:

(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.3- Licensing Officercum-Divisional Forest Officer, Araria Forest Division, Araria to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2023 (Annexure-2) which has been submitted for restoration

Patna High Court CWJC No.7668 of 2023(2) dt.11-07-2024 2/3 and renewal of the License No. 21 of 1994 in terms of section- 19 of the Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act, 1990 and the same is still pending for consideration before the Licensing Officer;

(ii) for issuance of a mandamus writ in the nature of directing the respondent authorities not to disturb the operation of Veneer Mills of the petitioner till such time the final seniority list of Veneer Mills is published in terms of the judgment dated 22.04.2019 reported in 2019 (3) PLJR 1137 (M/S Bhagwati Timber Vs. The State of Bihar) in the facts and circumstances of the case;

(iii) for issuance of other writ (s), order(s), direction(s) as your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants simple disposal of the representation dated 21.3.2023 presented before the Licensing Officer-cum-Divisional Forest Officer, Araria Forest Division, Araria (respondent no.3).

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the concerned respondent to take up the matter and dispose it of expeditiously.
