JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 245 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and also allegation against one petitioner is of snatching Rs. 1,40,000/- from cash counter.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have earlier lodged a case against the informant and petitioners' side also received injury and in order to save his skin, the present case has been lodged against the petitioners. Further, they have no criminal antecedents.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 245 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
