1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is fully covered by the judgment dated 13.11.2024 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in

Patna High Court CWJC No.8496 of 2025(2) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 C.W.J.C. No. 16104 of 2024 (Surya Devo Paswan versus The State of Bihar & Ors.). Accordingly, he makes a prayer to dispose this writ application in terms of the order dated 13.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16104 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the University as well as the State jointly submits that the writ application is covered by the aforesaid judgment and can be disposed in identical terms.

4. Having considered the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the parties, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose this writ application exactly in terms of the order dated 13.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16104 of 2024. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) praful/- U
