JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 692 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the special drive by the police four 4-wheelers, including the vehicle of the petitioner were recovered. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and earlier he has no criminal antecedent but once he has been arrested in this case he has been made accused in nine other cases and he is in custody for seven months and co-accused persons have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 1.5.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 19468 of 2019 and vide order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30224 of 2019(3) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 dated 1.5.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 19998 of 2019. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S.Case No. 692 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a close relative of the petitioner having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, petitioner has to appear in court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled and petitioner has to appear in the local police station on every two months till conclusion of the trial. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur for needful.
