2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, sections 302, 120(B), 201 of the IPC were added.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioner committed murder of the daughter of informant and disposed of the dead body.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is brother-in-law (Dewar) of the deceased and he is separate in mess and property and he has got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 468 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
