The petitioner seeks bail in Hisua P.S. Case No. 177 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Five liters of Mahua wine has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the physical possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2021. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the quantity of recovery and period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above
