2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 11 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the IPC

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He has further submitted that an ex-parte order of maintenance of Rs. 6,000/- per month was passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Araria in Misc. Case No. 73 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31779 of 2025(5) dt.23-12-2025 2/2 2022. The distress warrant for recovery of the arrears was issued and the petitioner was in prison for one month. Thereafter, he paid only Rs. 30,000/- and the rest arrears amount is still recoverable.

5. The petitioner is directed to comply the order of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Araria by making payment of Rs. 6,000/- per month regularly to the informant.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st Class, Araria in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 11 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

7. In case of failure of regular monthly payment, learned Court below may take appropriate steps for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
