JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2021 As prayed for, let the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office vide its notes dated 24.08.2021, within four weeks of starting of Court proceeding in physical mode in normal course. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in para 1. (iii) of joint compromise petition filed on 16.07.2019 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 74189 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, inadvertently, in the second line, in paragraph 1. (iii) of the compromise petition, M.R. No. 116 of 2013 has been typed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48033 of 2021(2) dt.01-09-2021 2/2 place of M.R. Case No. 113 of 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No.2 has no objection, if the M.R. Case No. 116 of 2013 is read as M.R. Case No. 113 of 2016.

In view of the above, in the second line, in paragraph 1. (iii) of the compromise petition filed on behalf of parties in Cr. Miscellaneous No. 74189 of 2018, the M.R. No. 116 of 2013 be read as "M.R. Case No. 113 of 2016". With the aforesaid modification, this application stands disposed of.
