The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including petitioner assaulted the informant as a result of which she became severely injured.

It is submitted that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Hareram Raut. So far as this petitioner is concerned, she is only alleged to have raised alarm and called the co-accused persons on the spot which is apparent from the FIR itself. Petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

No.33402 of 2022(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 58 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
