Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Vide order dated 22.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36517 of 2021 and Cr. Misc. No.36867 of 2021 by this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directing them to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but they failed to furnish the bail bond within time due to not reach in the court below.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 22.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36517 of 2021 and Cr. Misc. No. 36867 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 311 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned CJM, Madhepura and remaining parts of the said order shall remain intact.
