JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2019 The short issue raised in the present writ petition is that despite recommendation made by the concerned Committee, the respondents Bihar School Examination Board is not including the name of the petitioner in the donors' list, as per the provision contained in Bihar School Examination Board, Affiliation (Higher Secondary) Amendment) Regulation,2013. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bihar School Examination Board submits that the petitioner may approach the Director, Academic of the Board for redressal of his grievances.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10384 of 2019(2) dt.07-05-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an appropriate representation within two weeks from today before the Director, Academic of the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, which shall be disposed by the said Director, Academic Board within a period of eight weeks, considering the recommendation which has already been made by the said committee.
