This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 11.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14782 of 2020, whereby the application of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was allowed and he was directed to be

No.41705 of 2021(3) dt.01-12-2021 2/3 released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018/Special Case No. 5549 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that because of some unavoidable circumstances, he could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated period.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer is allowed.

The order dated 11.06.2020 is modified to the extent that if the petitioner/Chandradeep Kumar Verma @ Chandradeep Kumar @ Chandradeep Prasad surrenders before the Court below within a period of three weeks from today, hhe shall be released on anticipatory bail on the same
