1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 146 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as it has been alleged that petitioner assaulted the sister-in-law (Bhabhi) of the informant by knife causing injury on head and thereafter Diwakar and Shashi assaulted Krishnanand and Nityanand by an iron rod and lathi and the accused also took chain worth Rs. 37,000/- from the neck of his
