2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections Section 30(a), 32, 41 ( i ) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3 . It is alleged that 35 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the Chimni Bhatta .
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2025 .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive special Excise Court No. 1 Motihari East Champaran in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No. 136 of 2024 .
