4. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the instant appeal may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 06.09.2024 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in LPA No. 653 of 2024, titled as 'The Bihar State University Service Commission and Ors. v. Amiya Shekhar and Ors'.

5. Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has no objection to the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants.

6. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that the facts and issues arising in the present Letters Patent Appeal are identical to those considered in LPA No. 653 of 2024. This position is not disputed by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court L.P.A No.525 of 2025(4) dt.09-12-2025 3/3 respondents.

7. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands disposed of in the same terms, and the directions contained in the aforesaid order shall govern the present case as well.
