The petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2022 in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 25 of 2022 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) (b) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2021.

There is recovery of 4195 litres of mahua liquor from the field of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has one antecedent of the similar nature and he is in custody since 31.03.2022, he shall be released on bail after framing of charge or on completion of one and half year in custody whichever is later, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Any default in appearance at the police station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
