The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) and 38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from the joint house of the petitioner and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail
