1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners on the ground of delay in approaching the Court seeking anticipatory bail, as the FIR is of the year 2017 and the petitioners moved for seeking anticipatory bail in the year 2024.

3. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
