The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case, in short, is that the accused persons including the petitioner in collusion with co-accused Shrawan Kumar has attempted to change the plot number in the Registry Office
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34162 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2021 2/2 fraudulently.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The matter relates to sale and registration of the land in question. The title of the land in question has been decided in favour of the vendor. The matter relates to civil dispute. Other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc.No.33726 of 2020.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Civil Line Gaya P.S. case No.363 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
