The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case no. 90 of 2022 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner was appointed as Block Teacher on the basis of forged matriculation certificate.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is mentioned in para no. 11 of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33473 of 2022(2) dt.23-11-2022 2/2 petition that petitioner has been terminated from service. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of Bail.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 90 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) nirajkrs/- U T
