JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 19.10.2014 passed in Supply Appeal Case No. 14/D.M./14 passed by learned Collector, Jehanabad and order dated 13.09.2013 passed by the learned S.D.O., Jehaabad by which the license bearing no. 38/2007 of the petitioner has been cancelled.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. D.N. Tiwari submits that during the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner has died and as such the writ petition need not be pressed.
