2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against both petitioners is that they alongwith other two co-accused persons assaulted son, daughter and nephew of informant by Dab. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34254 of 2023(4) dt.22-08-2023 2/2 from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th A.C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 308 of 2015, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
