2. The notice has been received by the son of the opposite party and the same is treated as valid.
3. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 241 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 24.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2921 of 2024.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32136 of 2025(3) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2023 and there is no progress in the trial.
6. The informant was issued notice but he has not appeared.
7. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
8. Considering the period of custody and the delay in trial, this application is allowed.
9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-9th, Saran, Chapra/ concerned Court in connection with Parsa P.S.
