Petitioner is in custody in connection with Rail Jahanabad (Taregana) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019 for the offence Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. In the instant case total 12.5 liters of illegal country made liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 3.3.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
