Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate application before the concerned Gram Panchayat within 15 days for which the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.

The liberty as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioners is granted. The said Gram Panchayat is directed to decide expeditiously the application preferably within two months after filing the said application within the time. With the aforesaid observation, this Civil Miscellaneous Application is disposed of.
