Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 were granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 09.04.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 31275 of 2020, in which four weeks time was granted to the petitioners to surrender before the court below but due to lockdown, the petitioners could not surrender before the court below within time.

In view of the submission made above, petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are granted 8 weeks further time to surrender before the court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50803 of 2021(2) dt.06-10-2021 2/2 The order dated 09.04.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 31275 of 2020, is modified to the extent as indicated above.
