2. This is an application for grant of regular bail arising out of Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 342 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Unknown criminals have looted an amount of Rs.5,45,874/- from the Gas godown of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2025.

4. In the dump data, the mobile number of the petitioner was captured meaning thereby that the petitioner was present at the place of occurrence. The allegations against the petitioner are serious and grave in nature. There exists prima

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.

6. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
