2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) directing the Respondent Authorities to implement the decision of Respondent No. 6 as contained in Annexure-6 and to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teacher in terms of the decision
Patna High Court CWJC No.1957 of 2015 dt.23-08-2018 2/2 already rendered by the Appellate Authority (Respondent No. 6) on 26/7/2014, in Primary School, Bairiband in Gram Panchayat Raj Simwan in the district of Rohtas at Sasaram.
And further the respondents may be directed to make payment of the arrears of salary to the petitioner which has not been paid to him w.e.f. October 2013 to till date.
AND/OR pass such other order(s) as your Lordships may deem fit and proper."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the writ application.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn.
