06-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. This is 2nd anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of petitioner, who apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 2184 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 388, 498(A) and 120(B) of the I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Earlier, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 04-03-2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 74418 of 2019 (Annexure - 2) and after lapse of eight months, again the petitioner has moved before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail without bringing any fresh ground or new circumstances for consideration.
