Make the payments of the dues against the Fee / Professional Bill of the Late husband of the petitioner, i.e., Late J. P. Shukla, Senior Advocate, Patna High Court, in lieu of the professional legal services provided by him while being engaged as Legal Counsel to appear / contest the cases on behalf of different departments, before the Hon'ble Patna High Court and before the Hon'ble High Court of
Patna High Court CWJC No.18180 of 2017(11) dt.03-07-2024 2/3 Jharkhand at Ranchi.
ii. Make payments of the dues along with statutory interest, accruing from the date of presentation of the Bills."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that substantial amount of professional bills of the deceased senior advocate i.e. the husband of the petitioner herein has already stood paid, however, for redressal of the subsisting grievances, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna either personally or through her duly appointed attorney. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner with regard to redressal of her subsisting grievances i.e. to the effect of non-payment of certain professional bill amount of her husband, the same shall be considered expeditiously by the Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna and a decision shall be
