The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- " (I)For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the office order contained in memo no.1044 dated 11.03.2022 issued under the signature of the Respondent no.5, whereby and whereunder he has been pleased to reject the application dated 01.06.2020 filed by the petitioner for his re-joining as Farmer Advisor (Krishak Salahkar) on the ground that the absence of the petitioner from his duty on the medical ground supported by the medical certificate since he suffered for kidney infection and in this regard he duly informed the Respondent no.6.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the interregnum period, the petitioner has already been dismissed from service, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the order of dismissal, in accordance with law. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
