The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 447, 307, 385, 387, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations and the injuries caused by fire-arm as well as by lathies, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.
