29-10-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

Petitioners pray for bail in Rajpur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section304(B), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioners alongwith other FIR named accused persons committed dowry death of informant's daughter Sunita Devi.

Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners were living separately and they had no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. It is further submitted that husband of the deceased is already in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42952 of 2021(2) dt.29-10-2021 2/2 custody. Petitioners are in custody since 18.03.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S.
