2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petitions be disposed off with liberty to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 24.09.2014/15.10.2014, passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Siwan.

3. Learned counsel for the State do not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petitions stand disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to move before the State Appellate Authority.

5. If the same is done within four weeks from today, the State Appellate Authority shall consider the matter on merits and dispose off the same expeditiously and within the statutory period.
