The petitioner seeks bail in Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 375 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

As per the FIR, one country made loaded pistol, one live cartridge, mobile and motorcycle have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2020. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed
