This Court would expect that the petitioner's Counsel would honour his undertaking in the instant proceedings regarding supply of requisite court fee etc. within two weeks from the date he is called upon to do so by the office.

Petitioner seeks bail in Bihta PS Case No. 531 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 326 of the IPC. This is the petitioner's second attempt for grant of bail. Earlier his prayer was rejected on 27.11.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 55263 of 2019.

As per the report received from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, I, Danapur, the doctor and the Investigating Officer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31523 of 2020(3) dt.15-03-2021 2/2 of the case remain to be examined.

In view of the aforesaid situation at the trial, the prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioner is again rejected. The trial court however is directed to expedite the trial without any unnecessary delay and adjournment. Let a copy of the order be also forwarded to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna to ensure appearance of the Investigating Officer to facilitate conclusion of the trial.
