This application is filed for quashing an order dated 08.05.2017 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in G.R. No. 116 of 2014, arising out of Bhagalpur

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1555 of 2017(6) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 (Kotwali) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014 whereby and whereunder the further proceeding in this case has been stayed as the same was already within the investigation of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 309 of 2012.

In view of the stand of the State in counter affidavit that the court below is proceeding with one FIR only and has stayed the further proceeding of the another FIR, this application has become infructuous, accordingly, this application is dismissed.
