JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice published in daily newspaper "Hindustan" dated 09.05.2015 as contained in Annexure-7 of the writ application issued by the Authorized Officer, Retail Assets, Central Processing Centre, of the State Bank of India, Patna head Office, whereby and whereunder the respondent State Bank of India has put on auction the truck of the petitioner bearing registration No. BRO-1GB-5391.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states on instruction that the truck of the petitioner has since been auction sold and hence seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition in view of the subsequent developments.
