The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal code. Petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the informant and his other family members by means of lathi, danda, sword etc due to which informant's side sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries sustained by the informant's side are found simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance and

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Ruby Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, or her successor, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhargama Khaira P.S. Case No. 135 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
