Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 15.07.2017 passed by the Fast Track Court No. 2, Muzaffarpur in Title Appeal No. 61 of 2010, by which, the learned lower appellate court has come to the conclusion that the document i.e. sale deed submitted by the appellant/petitioner by way of additional evidence, shall be considered at the time of final argument of the appeal. Taking into consideration the judgment in the case of Union of India Vrs. Ibrabhim Uddin & Anr. reported in 2013 (1) PLJR (SC) 48, I find that there is no infirmity in the impugned order.
