JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical error at page 3 of the order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54559/2018 with regard to description of the court. Learned counsel submits that in the order dated 08.10.2018 the petitioner has been directed to furnish the sureties to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jehanabad whereas it should be the court of learned S.D.J.M., Arwal. In the aforesaid view of the matter, let the order dated 08.10.2018 be corrected and in place of the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jehanabad, it will be read as S.D.J.M., Arwal.
