A perusal of the report would make it clear that the convict Deenanath Ram died inside jail on 21.08.2022 at 03.45 p.m. The inquest report of the deceased has also been annexed with the report submitted by the Superintendent, Central Jail, Motihari vide letter no.5313 dated 25.08.2022.
