2. The present Interlocutory Application has been filed on behalf of the Biscomaun seeking recall/modification of part of the order dated 26.06.2019 by which the Managing Director and Chief of Accounts, Biscomaun were directed to be physically present on 19th July, 2019.

Today, learned counsel for the Biscomaun submitted that in compliance of the Court's order dated 02.03.2016 in MJC No. 178 of 2016, he has got with him six cheques with regard to the six petitioners for various amounts. The same have been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioners in Court today.

4. Having considered the matter, the Court finds that the directions of the Court in MJC No. 178 of 2016 read with MJC No. 2159 of 2014 dated 02.03.2016 and 02.12.2015 have been complied with and the case has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, Interlocutory Application No. 1 of 2019 is allowed. Direction for personal appearance of the officers of Biscomaun stands recalled.

6. As the matter itself has become infructuous, the application stands disposed off.
