Petitioner No. 1 is the father-in-law and Petitioner No. 2 is the son-in-law of Petitioner No.
1. Both have been made accused in a case under Section 302/34 of the Penal Code as suspect in the fardbeyan on the ground that one day prior to the murder of the deceased the two had asked the deceased to pay them Rs. 100/-, which the deceased refused to pay, whereafter his dead body was recovered from the bank of a river. Information about the murder of the deceased was given to the informant, father of the deceased by the minor
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39532 of 2014 (3) dt.21-01-2015 daughter of Petitioner No. 1, Besides suspicion there is no material to indicate that anyone had seen the two petitioners committing the crime. Both are in jail custody with effect from 29.04.2014.
Let both the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 63/2014.
